By purchasing, downloading, or using any product or resource from the Store, you agree to the following terms.

Refund Policy

Digital Downloads (ebooks, meditations, stories, guides)

All sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital products. Digital files can’t be “returned.” Once you’ve received a file, there’s no way for me to know whether it has been copied or kept, so refunds aren’t possible — thank you for understanding. To avoid disappointment, please download your files promptly and store them safely.

Courses:

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed or completed a substantial portion of the course (for example, more than 20%).

After this point, the course is considered “used” and refunds cannot be offered.

This policy is designed to ensure fairness for both learners and creators.

Downloads & Access

You may download purchased items up to 5 times. If you lose your links or receipt, please contact me and I can resend them.

Defective Items

If a file you purchase does not work, you may re-download it.

If problems continue, please contact me through the Contact Page, explaining the issue in as much detail as possible.

If the problem lies in the file itself, I will correct it, replace the file on the Store, and provide you with a new link. I will do my best to support you to help you access the file, but responsibility remains with your equipment.

Copyright

All ebooks, audios, courses, and other products in this Store are protected by copyright (unless otherwise stated).

Paid resources are sold for personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed for any commercial purpose.

Free resources may be shared, but only in their original form (unchanged) and with clear credit to CM Coulter / Bristol Child Parent Support. They must not be sold or used commercially.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland). By purchasing from this Store, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

All purchases are deemed to take place in the United Kingdom, regardless of the buyer’s country of residence.

All time frames mentioned in these Terms & Conditions (including refund periods) are based on UK time (GMT/BST), regardless of the purchaser’s location.
