What is Payhip?

Payhip is the secure platform I use to share my ebooks, audios, and courses.

They handle the tricky parts for me — like payments, EU/UK VAT rules, and delivering your files safely.

Why should I buy here and not Amazon?

Because here, you’re supporting me directly 💛. Payhip takes only a small fee, and I receive your payment almost instantly. Amazon takes a much bigger cut and holds payments for months.

Also, Amazon Kindle works more like a subscription service — when you “buy” a Kindle book, you’re really just renting it. Here, the files you download are yours to keep forever. Neither I nor Payhip will ever delete them from your device.

How does it work?

Choose what you’d like, click Buy Now (or add to cart if you want more than one thing), and checkout when you’re ready. You’ll enter your email address so the download links can be sent to you. After payment, you’ll see a download button on screen — and you’ll also get the same links by email.

How do I get my download?

As soon as you’ve paid, you’ll see a download button on the screen, and you’ll also get an email with your links. Please do download your files soon and keep them somewhere safe — I’d hate for you to lose them.

Can I get a refund?

Digital downloads can’t be “returned.” Once you’ve received a file, there’s no way for me to know whether it’s been copied or kept, so refunds aren’t possible — thank you for understanding. Courses are different: you have 14 days to change your mind, as long as you haven’t used much of the content.

What if my file doesn’t work?

Technology isn’t always our friend! Try downloading again first. If it’s still not working, please contact me through the Contact Page on my website, and I’ll do my best to help. If the problem is with the file itself, I’ll fix it and send you a new link.

Can I share with others?

Yes — you’re very welcome to share any free resources with friends or family (just pass them on as they are). Paid resources are for your personal use only — thank you for respecting my work.

What formats are the files in?

Most ebooks are PDFs (easy to open on most devices). Some may also be EPUBs for e-readers, and audios are MP3s.

What about my privacy?

Your privacy really matters. Payments and personal details are handled securely by Payhip, so I never see your card details. You can read their Privacy Policy here.
